As a bookstore employee or finance analyst, sometimes you will have questions about vouchers, W9 forms, etc. We've compiled the most frequently asked questions here.
Please bear in mind that our team will only work on a new implementation once the contract is signed. Only after the Labster integration is created will any additional information (licenses, vouchers, etc.) will be distributed.
I need a W-9 Invoice. Who can help me?
Our finance team will be ready to help you. They can be reached out to through the email firstname.lastname@example.org
I haven't received the vouchers that I'm supposed to sell
Our team is probably aware and working on it. Still, you might want to reach out to us and that's totally fine! In this case, we suggest you reach out to the person in your school who is in contact with the Labster team.
This person should have the contact of our Implementation Specialist responsible for your school. This is the person that will provide you with the vouchers.
Do you have ISBN's?
No, at the moment we don't have ISBN's.
How will I be invoiced for bookstore vouchers?
At the end of the semester, please generate a purchase order with the total amount of sold vouchers per course. Our Finance Team will be reaching out with an invoice for that total number. In other words, the bookstore will be invoiced only for the total number of sold vouchers per course.
Is there a discount to the bookstore?
Labster does not offer bookstore discounts.
Do the voucher codes expire?
Yes, voucher codes will expire at the end of the semester. At the start of a new semester, new voucher codes will be needed.
