Do you see the course-management at the end of the URL address? If your link doesn't have this or any number, it's not the right one!
If you can't find your course management link, find it in the email we sent you under "Step 2: Instructions and Access."
Now that you have your course management link, let's fix your permission issue. Usually, it's pretty simple. This is what you have to do:
Clear your browser to reset your login information.
Just follow these steps here.
After that, please access your course using the course management link. We have seen some cases where the teacher has two or more different school email addresses. Double-check to make sure you're using the correct email address!
If you don't want to clear your browser cache & cookies, access your link while in incognito mode (on Chrome) or private mode (on Firefox).
Keep in mind that in order to access your course management page on a regular tab, you will need to clear your browser as mentioned earlier, or access your course from another browser.
You can also look on the upper-left-hand corner if you see logged out and log in again as an instructor with the same credentials.
