If you can't access the simulation in your Google Classroom and your teacher confirmed that you are enrolled in a class, but you are still receiving this error message:
Ask your teacher to un-roll & re-enroll you as a student and to make sure with the LMS Admin/IT team of your school that your email has been whitelisted for Labster’s domain.
If the Labster domain has been whitelisted and you still cannot access the simulation, receiving the same error message, as shown above, you can also revoke all access from Labster and then try accessing the simulations again.

When you load the simulation again after revoking all-access, you will be prompted to allow or disallow ''access confirmation''. You need to select - allow everything.
