Introduction to Labster’s NEW Course Manager

Labster’s easy-to-use course manager allows you to browse Labster content, assign simulations to your students, and track their progress all in one place. You can now schedule simulations, limit the number of attempts, and customize the way you view your students’ grades. If you have already purchased access to Labster, you should receive an activation email where you will be prompted to set up an account and login at my.labster.com/login

For returning Labster Direct customers, your implementation manager will reach out to you to create your account on our new course manager for a new and improved Labster experience.

For returning LMS customers, your integration with your Learning Management System will continue to function with no changes - you can access the faculty resources page to generate a common cartridge file to assign simulations to your students. FAQs

  • How can I log in to my new account?

If you have already activated your account by clicking on the link that was emailed to you, you can navigate to my.labster.com to log in.

  • Will all my courses have the same link?

Yes, you can use the same link to access your account where you can create multiple courses.

  • Will my grades sync to my gradebook?

No, your grades will not sync to your LMS gradebook - you can access your students’ progress through the ‘Grades’ tab on the sidebar.

  • Can I schedule when a simulation is published?

Absolutely! You can schedule when the simulation is visible to your students, and when it is due. You can even customize how many attempts a student can have to receive a grade on the simulation.
