Students can't receive the invitation email

If you are accessing Labster through https://my.labster.com and your students are not receiving the invitation email or you are receiving this error message

Please follow those steps:

  1. Ask your students to check their Junk/Spam;

  2. Contact your LMS Admin and make sure that our domains mail.my.labster.com and eu.mail.my.labster.com and email addresses no-reply@mail.my.labster.com and no-reply@eu.mail.my.labster.com are allowed and whitelisted.

If your students are listed as "invited", then they can request a new activation email by clicking on "reset my password".
