If you are accessing Labster through https://my.labster.com and your students are not receiving the invitation email or you are receiving this error message
Please follow these steps:
Ask your students to check their Junk/Spam folder in their email
Contact your LMS Admin and make sure that our domains mail.my.labster.com and eu.mail.my.labster.com and email addresses
email@example.com allowed and whitelisted.
If your students are listed as "invited", then they can request a new activation email by going to my.labster.com and clicking the 'forgot password?' link.
