Students can't receive the invitation email

If you are accessing Labster through and your students are not receiving the invitation email or you are receiving this error message

Please follow these steps:

  1. Ask your students to check their Junk/Spam folder in their email

  2. Contact your LMS Admin and make sure that our domains and and email addresses and are allowed and whitelisted.

If your students are listed as "invited", then they can request a new activation email by going to and clicking the 'forgot password?' link.
