If you played the lab and your "View Theory" button shows a blank screen or a "token expired" error, it could be due to a temporary glitch.

Not to worry, this can be fixed quite easily.

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

• Clear cache and cookies

• Try to run the lab from another browser (we currently support Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox)

If the issue persists, restart the lab from the beginning.
