Loading error at 25% or 99% progress: Antivirus Blocking Labster

Antivirus tools may block Labster; if you experience that the loading fails after 25% with an error message:

Recommendation #1: Just Refresh

Some tools only limit the traffic temporarily, so we always recommend you first simply try to reload the page.

Recommendation #2: Try Chrome / Firefox browser

Often times, it can be an extension you've installed in your browser which blocks Labster.
The easiest fix here is to try Google Chrome or Firefox, instead of the browser you normally use.

This simple trick nearly always solves this issue.

Recommendation #3: Fix Antivirus Blocks

To fix this, please make sure you turn off your anti-virus from blocking web traffic.
This varies from tool to tool. 

Kaspersky Antivirus

The most common issue is with Kaspersky. To fix this, you simply need to ensure you install the Kaspersky extension and have activated it in your browser extensions.

To do this for Chrome or Microsoft Edge: 

  1. Go to the Kaspersky page.

  2. Click Add to Chrome to install it

  3. Reload the simulation page
