If you receive an error message similar to the one below after launching a Labster simulation through your school Portal:
This has been identified as a browser settings issue. Please follow the steps below:
1. Access Labster from a supported browser (Firefox or Chrome).
2. Make sure that the browser is at its latest version (Firefox or Chrome).
3. Enable 3rd Party Cookies (Firefox or Chrome), confirm that your anti-virus has 3rd party cookies enabled as well, and make sure your ad blocker is not blocking Labster.
4. Log out and log in again.
If the issue persists, please switch the browser between Chrome and Firefox!

Note: If you are being redirected to Labster's log-in page while trying to access your simulations on Mozilla Firefox, please be sure to turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection. This will ensure you are being directed to your simulations instead.
