Error message while Accessing Labster through your School LMS

If you receive an error message similar to this one after launching Labster simulation through your school Portal:

This has been identified as a browser settings issue. Please follow those steps:

1. Access Labster from a supported browser (Firefox or Chrome),

2. Make sure that the browser is at its latest version (Firefox or Chrome),

3. Enable 3rd Party Cookies (Firefox or Chrome) and check if your anti-virus has 3rd Party Cookies enabled too, if any add blocker is active,

4. Log out and log in again.

If the issue persists, please switch the browser between Chrome and Firefox!
