Occasionally, Labster can negotiate a grace period with your institution if there are any pending matters to be solved.
This means that Labster will allow the institution's students to access our simulations during a specific time defined by the school without having to purchase access straight away.
It is important to note that a grace period is not a free trial or unlimited access. It is a way of allowing the students to access Labster while the institution figures out an access-related issue. Once this period is over, every student will have to purchase access.
Students can request a refund if they drop the class or for any other reasonable reason by contacting our support team through our live chat.
To qualify for a refund, whether or not students played simulations during the grace period, they must not have completed one simulation AND have not played more than two simulations (at any completion rate). That also counts any simulations played during the grace period.
