Once you turn on a Lenovo Mirage Solo headset for the first time, it will ask you to log in to the device so that you can install the Labster app on it from the Google Play store. 

The most vital part is that you need to have either a free Gmail or a paid G Suite account. There is no other way around this process as Daydream devices require a Gmail or G Suite account by default to log in to the device, install applications and update them when required.
