Refund is possible in cases where:

The student bought online access and the student has not completed one simulation AND has not played more than 2 simulations (at any completion rate).

For cases where the voucher was purchased elsewhere (such as the Google Play Store,, etc.), the refund process needs to be done through the store.

Bookstore cases:

Refunds need to be asked at the Bookstore. We unfortunately cannot process those refunds.

How to request a refund for an online payment through

Please reach out to our team with the following information:

  • Purchase receipt

  • Email used when purchasing access

  • Last 4 digits of credit card (in case the purchase receipt is not available or does not contain the information)

  • Date of purchase (in case the purchase receipt is not available or does not contain the information)

  • Reason for refund
