Practice Activity, An Immersive Practical Learning Experience
Practice Activities maintain Labster's engaging virtual lab experience but with a different focus. Unlike our traditional storyline-driven approaches, practice activities prioritize practical application and exercises.
Labster's Practice Activities are focused on specific topics, such as Balancing Chemical Equations, to make sure students fully understand them.
They are organized with three levels of practice and a tutorial.

Tutorial
The tutorial will guide the students on how to navigate in the virtual environment and what is expected from them. It will also provide the user with an example of what the activity looks like. The tutorial won't affect the accuracy score.
If the students choose to skip this part, Dr. One will always pop out from the left bottom corner to provide you with the expected steps.
Level 1 to Level 3
Each level has a learning objective that is detailed in the Home Screen.
Level 1 is the most accessible level and Level 3 is the most advanced.
Each level in Labster's Practice Activities comes with 20 crafted questions to test your knowledge and understanding.
To unlock the next level, you need to score at least 70% accuracy on the questions.
Labster gives immediate feedback on students' answers, showing what is correct and where there is improvement needed.
Once the level is unlocked, users can always go back to the lower level.
Questions
How many questions are still available. The students have the option to retry the question by selecting "Replay" or to move the the next by hitting "Continue".
Accuracy
How many questions have been answered correctly at that level
Achievements
Once the students reach the expected amount of accuracy they earn stars, this is the achievement.
1π is 70%
2 π is 80%
3 π is 90%
Activity versus Simulation
Unlike simulations, practice activities are not graded. However, the Instructor can follow the student's progress and average score. Activities don't have a storyline, but focus on practice.
Practice Activities are displayed as In Progress from the first time the student tries to play it and for as long as it's published in the course.
Students can also make mistakes and progress through the activity as long as they achieve a certain % of accuracy.
