Refund Policy

Our team is happy to help process all eligible refunds!

You are only eligible for a refund if your purchase meets the following requirements:

  1. If your purchase was made directly through Labster

  2. If you have not yet completed any simulation

  3. If you purchased access to the same course more than once within the same semester

  4. If the payment method has changed from personal to institutional and you have not yet completed multiple simulations (i.e school is responsible for purchasing access to a course, instead of individual students)


If your purchase was made on a platform other than Labster.com, you must contact the original place of purchase in order to request a refund. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made outside of Labster.

Bookstore Purchase:

If you have purchased access from your campus or online bookstore, you must reach out to the Bookstore directly for a refund.

How to request a refund for online payment through Labster.com

Please reach out to our team with the following information:

  • Purchase receipt

  • Email used when purchasing access

  • Last 4 digits of the credit card (in case the purchase receipt is not available or does not contain the information)

  • Your card's expiration date

  • Date of purchase (in case the purchase receipt is not available or does not contain the information)

  • Reason for refund
