Our team can help you process a refund if you need one.
Refund is possible in cases where:
The student bought online access and the student has not completed one simulation AND has not played more than 2 simulations (at any completion rate). This includes the simulations played during the trial period (also known as grace period).
For cases where the voucher was purchased elsewhere (such as the Google Play Store, Study.com, etc.), the refund process needs to be done through the store.
Refunds need to be asked at the Bookstore. We unfortunately cannot process those refunds.

Last 4 digits of the credit card (in case the purchase receipt is not available or does not contain the information)
