Brave
Additionally, Labster simulations do not run on smartphones or tablets, even if using one of the supported browsers.
For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser up to date and using a laptop or desktop computer when accessing Labster simulations.
Troubleshooting Outdated Chrome Versions
If your Chrome browser is outdated or you cannot update to the latest version, consider these steps:
On Outdated Chromebooks: If your Chromebook no longer supports updates due to hardware limitations, switch to another device, such as a desktop or iPad, if available.
Log Out and Log In: After updating your browser, log out of your Labster-enabled platform (e.g., Canvas, Sophia) and log back in to ensure new configurations take effect.
Alternative Solutions
If none of the above solutions work and you cannot access Labster simulations, consider the following options:
Switch Devices: Use another device (e.g., a family member's or school computer with an updated browser).
Contact Your Instructor: Explain the issue to your instructor, who may provide alternative options for accessing the required course materials.
