In order to make it easier for our customers to find their Labster Customer Success Manager (CSM) information, we now display your CSM’s name and email directly in the platform.
This makes it simple for Instructors and Admins to know who to contact for questions about licensing, pricing, renewals, or strategic support.
🧑🏫 What is a Customer Success Manager?
Your CSM is your main point of contact at Labster for:
Licensing and pricing questions
Renewals and contract discussions
Support with adoption and usage
Strategic planning for your Labster account
For technical issues or troubleshooting, Labster Support is still your main point of contact.
📍 Where to find your CSM information
Your CSM’s name and email are visible to Instructor and Admin users in the Help and Support section on the My Account page:
*Students do not have access to this information.
How to access the “My Account” page
You can access the ‘My Account’ page by clicking your Username in the bottom left corner of the screen:
📘 If you use Labster through an LMS
If your institution uses an LMS (like Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, etc.), you can view your CSM’s name and email in the Labster Dashboard within your LMS by accessing the ‘My Account’ page in your account settings:
