Possible Root Causes
If you encounter a black screen after starting a simulation or notice several objects appearing pink, as shown in the screenshot below, it could be due to one of the following:
❌ Your graphics card drivers need to be updated.
❌ Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements.
❌ There may be an issue with your browser.
✅Supported browsers include Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge at its latest version.
How to Fix a Black Screen or Pink Objects in Simulations
Follow these steps, and try loading the simulation again after each one:
⚡Disable Hardware Acceleration
This is a quick and effective solution that often resolves the issue in just 5 minutes. Simply:
Open your browser settings.
Search for "Hardware Acceleration."
Turn off this feature.
Relaunch your browser and try loading the simulation again.

🪟Windows: Update your graphics card drivers
If you're using Windows, updating your graphics drivers is likely the best solution. Use the links below to update your drivers based on your graphics card manufacturer:

Make sure your computer's graphics card and overall system meet the minimum requirements listed here.
🌐Switch Browser
Switch to a different supported browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. If the issue occurs in Chrome, try running the simulation in Firefox or Edge. Likewise, if the issue happens in Firefox, switch to Chrome or Edge.
