What Could Cause The Issue?
The "View Theory" button is designed to provide additional theoretical background related to the simulation content.
The button should ideally take you to a separate screen or webpage with more information. However, certain technical issues may occasionally interfere with its functionality, resulting in a blank screen or a "token expired" error message.
These glitches could be caused by various factors such as temporary server issues, a disruption in your internet connection, outdated browser versions, or issues with your local cache or cookies.
Not to worry, this can be fixed quite easily.
How to resolve this issue
Please try the following steps:
Try to run the lab from another browser (we currently support Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox)
Update your browser: Ensure you're using the most recent version of your web browser. Labster simulations are optimized for the latest browser versions.
If the issue persists, restart the lab from the beginning.
