E1000 - General Error Network - Axios Error

Why my students are getting this error message. Here's what you need to do.

Most often, this issue occurs when an instructor copies the deep links of the simulation and adds them somewhere in the course. This error also occurs when instructors provide the deep links via email to the student instead of instructing them to access their simulation directly from their LMS.

To troubleshoot this, it's recommended to ensure that the students are accessing the unique simulation deep links directly inside the LMS and it should resolve the issue.
