According to the deal negotiated between your institution and Labster, you may have been asked to purchase access to Labster.
Depending on your school's agreement with Labster, there may be instances wherein only one payment option will appear on the loading screen.
If your instructor or the school confirmed that this is an error, please reach out to Labster Support to fix the issue.
Payment options
According to the contract between Labster <> your Institution, you can either be required to purchase access:
with a voucher code (the most frequent option)
by credit card
Payment by a Voucher Code
Purchase a voucher code from your campus's bookstore
Access Labster's simulation
Launch & load a simulation
Enter your voucher code (10-digit code) and click “Apply code”. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the voucher code when you paste it into the box, and you use all caps. Otherwise, you will receive an error message saying "Voucher Not Found".
Your voucher has successfully been applied and you are ready to play the simulation
Payment by Credit Card
Access Labster's simulation
Launch & load a simulation
Click Purchase Access > Pay by Card and enter your payment card details.
We use Stripe to process payments. It is a secure payment method that accepts the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Amex Card, Discover Card, and Diners Club.
Once the payment is successful: a receipt will be sent to your email address and you are ready to play.
Important Note: If you receive ZipCode Invalid

1 If you get a "Zipcode invalid" message, please make sure that you are using the correct zip code linked to your card. Or, you could also try using another card if possible.
2 If the payment failed, you will not be debited by Labster. The amount may be put on hold or "pending" by your bank, but it will be returned to your account
3 If you continue to encounter issues, you can try to clear the cache and cookies of your browser and use 'incognito mode' or 'private browsing' instead.
Purchase access According to your access method
Course Manager
If you are using Labster's Course Manager, click here to learn how to purchase access.
Login to your account through the website - my.labster.com.
On the left-hand section of the screen select a course, and go to "Assignments". Please check out this article for more information.
Launch a Labster simulation.
On the loading screen, you will be asked to purchase access
School Portal / LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle..)
Log in to your LMS as you would normally do.
Access your Course or Assignment. Labster's simulations are embedded in your course content, and they are posted as links. Typically, you can find the simulations as assignments in the course content > Assignments, Modules, or the Instructor's Syllabus.
Launch a simulation from within your course
On the loading screen, you will be asked to purchase access
