How to retrieve your Console logs

In some cases and especially of technical bugs, our support team can ask you for a screenshot of your Console log, here's how to do it!

When you report a technical issue or bug, our Support Team might ask you for console logs. These console logs help our developers identify at what point the simulation is not working properly and allow us to solve the bug in a timely manner!

These are the steps necessary for it

Windows

While in the simulation window, you need to press F12 and click on the Console tab.

Then, please share with us the data through the chat!


Mac

While in the simulation window, you need to press Cmd + Option + J.

Click anywhere inside the console and "Save as" and choose where to save it.

Chromebook

While in the simulation window, you need to press the plus (+) key and search key together then, click on the Console tab.

Then, please share the file with us on the chat!
