Your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) is your main point of contact for support, onboarding, renewal, and anything related to the contract, usage, or help to make more of your Labster access. There are two easy ways to find out who the CSM is for your school or institution.
Option 1: Contact Live Chat Support
You can reach out to our Live Chat Support team, and they will be happy to assist you.
What you need to provide:
Your school or institution name
Your institutional email address
Once verified, the support team will share the details of your assigned CSM.
Option 2: Check via the Labster Dashboard (LMS users)
If your institution uses an LMS (Learning Management System) or using Course Manager, you can find your CSM information directly through the Labster Dashboard.
Steps:
Add the Labster Dashboard to your LMS course.
Open the Labster Dashboard.
Navigate to "My Account" in the lower left corner
Go to the Help and Support section.
Here, you will see the details of your assigned Customer Success Manager.
Important notes:
This information is only visible to instructors
Students will not be able to see the CSM details.
If you can't see the information, you might not have an assigned CSM. Please contact our support team for help.
