Once your teacher has created a course in Course Manager, there are three options for accessing it. Your teacher will determine how to grant you access to the course.
The 3 options are either receiving an invitation by email, accessing a course link, or applying a course code.
1. Activating your Labster account or logging in
Via email: You should receive an invitation email to create and activate your account. The link should come from no-reply@mail.my.labster.com. If you can't find the email, please check your spam and bin/trash folders.
Once you activate your Labster account, you should be able to log in to my.labster.com/login to view your Labster courses.
With a course link: Your instructor will share with you a course link where you can directly access the course you need. Once you receive the link, click on it and you will be prompted to join the course.
With a course code: Your instructor will share with you a course that you can directly apply https://my.labster.com/login
After you've logged in, the assignment page is divided into three sections for easy tracking of your simulations and grades:
In Progress: simulations you already started, but not completed yet.
To Start: simulations that were assigned to you, but you have not started yet.
Completed: simulations which you have completed and received a grade for.
2. Playing a simulation
Click on the name of the simulation you want to play
Click on the blue "Play" button
*Note: you might be prompted to pay when you launch a simulation, if you are unsure how to proceed, read this article to find out more.
Once you do this, the simulation will start loading. Once it's fully loaded, you can click on the "Start" button to play the simulation.
3. Checking the status of your assignments and your grades
You can check the status of your assignments and your grades, by clicking on the 'Grades' tab on the left bar. Once you click on the name of a simulation, you can see your progress, time spent, score, and whether the attempt was graded or not.
