How to enable cookies in your browser

If you are redirected to the login page while loading the simulation or receive an "E1002 - Missing Validation Cookie" error message.

Labster requires cookies to function properly, so you need to make sure cookies are enabled in your browser.

Here are the instructions to enable cookies in your browser

Instructions for Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More

    More
    and then

    Settings.

  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site Settings.

  4. Click Third-party cookies.

  5. Select Allow third-party cookies.


On your iPad:

  1. On your iPad, open the Chrome app.

  2. At the bottom right, tap More, marked as three dots, and then Settings.

  3. Tap Cookies, Site Data, and check it to allow cookies.

  4. Tap Done.

Labster is exclusively compatible with Google Chrome version 114 and higher.

Instructions for Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.

  2. Click on the three horizontal lines located in the top-right corner of the browser window. This will open a menu.

  3. From the menu, click on the 'Settings' tab and select the 'Privacy & Security' section in the left pane to access the privacy settings.

  4. Select the 'Custom' profile and untick the 'Cookies' option

  5. Click on the 'Reload All Tabs' option.
