Device & Network

  • Restart your computer

  • If you are using an Ipad, a tablet or Chromebook consider playing from the app.

  • If you are using a Chromebook, try to optimize the performance here

  • Check Your Internet Connection: Labster simulations require a stable internet connection. If you're experiencing issues, check your connection and try to reconnect if necessary.

  • Start the simulation from the beginning (instead of loading a checkpoint)

  • In simulations where there is an equation or a panel, you won't see an error message. In these cases, you will need to visit the Theory tab to learn how to solve your question and continue with your simulation!
